I need to make a change to my order!
If the order has not shipped yet then we will try to accommodate as best we can. Send an email of the requested modification or reach out on the Discord channel.
Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped from Ireland.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, currently due to COVID there are delays however shipping is available to most countries worldwide.
Be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs, import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is tracking available for my order?
Yes, tracking is available for all items. This tracking number will be emailed to you when the item(s) are shipped.
How long until my order ships?
Outside of GroupBuys all items are shipped within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri.
